At Tandy Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in the State of Kuwait.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product remains in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products.
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Order number or proof of purchase.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product.
  • Store credit.
  • Full refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Tandy Cosmetics.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
